An amazing hotel to stay at. Super Affordable when booked in advanced. The location is in the heart of San Francisco. The view from the 36th floor was amazing at night.

I was disappointed that the room doesn't have a microwave. I had dinner leftovers that I couldn't heat up. The coffee area only has coffee, no tea bags. The bathtub has no safety bar or anyi-slippery mat. On the plus side: the location is excellent, with BART, Muni, bus stops, cable and street cars all within walking distance. Lots of dining options. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is good. Room had no views whatsoever and it felt like living in a cave. All clean and staff nice. Be warned San Francisco is very expensive including the hotel. Over £6.50 for a can of coke.
