I would say this rental is fine. It's very small but that's pretty clear from the listing. I liked the loft so we could spread out sleepers- some upstairs and some on the sofa bed downstairs. The kitchen is tiny but had a decent assortment of dishes and cooking utensils. The beds were fairly comfy. It was clean. We mostly selected this property for its location, and it worked for us.
I will say, I didn't realize that Yosemite West is almost like a hotel- everyone enters their units from the same hallway and entrances/exits. The units are close together and you definitely hear noise from neighbors. It's less private than some condos. We weren't able to park close to our unit, which made it a pain when hauling all of our stuff in and out. FYI, this unit is on the second floor.
Only suggestion would be replacing the carpet. I'm sure it was clean but it looked a little older and was a shag style, which I am generally grossed out by. Something thinner or no carpet at all would be preferable!
