"We absolutely loved staying at this amazing property. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The maintenance guy was amazing, so sorry I didn't get his name. We had a hot water issue and he resolved it quickly and checked in with us. Getting chairs and an umbrella at the beach wasn't always accessible. My suggestion would be to set up three areas every morning knowing your guests will use them without having to request that service. "

At first, I booked it for two nights because I wanted to see how the service was, but it exceeded all my expectations, and I decided to extend my stay while I was in Puerto Vallarta.
