"The Annex is way better than the other one which is older and has gone downhill. This one is beautiful in a Japanese retro and romantic way fitting to Hakodate. "We had a lovely stay! Great, clean and spacious room. Hotel onsen allows tattoos which was the biggest factor in booking! But the onsen has odd closing hours for such a large hotel making it pretty busy during our stay.
