“Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.”

“Collin the manager was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The property is clean and well maintained. We stayed in a luxury tent. The tent has a microwave and fridge but has no cooktop. Though there is a portable BBQ. My teenage boys love the water slides and pool onsite. I love the proximity to a quiet beach. My boys wanted to stay longer but we had work commitments. If you are coming from Ballina town centre, take the car ferry at Burns Point ferry to Ballina Beach Nature……

“The room was fine other than an ash tray full of cigarette butts on the balcony and no wash clothes. The freezer in the refrigerator was not cold enough to make ice cubes. The triple room we had was nice and comfortable as were the beds.”
