「Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.」

「We have stayed here several times before and found this trip a little disappointing. Breakfast was delicious but not plentiful. We had a three night stay and every morning at breakfast they struggled replenishing empty food platters, cutlery, juices so spent a lot of time waiting for food offerings to be refilled or had to ask for cutlery. We also found the room we had was in need of renovations or some maintenance at least. The slats on the balcony are there for privacy from the room next door...

「Family trip. We wish we could stay there longer to enjoy the silent ambient and also the facilities. We have a big room and it is very convenience to parking our car directly at the front door of our "house". We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. 」
