"This property is a complete 180-degree turn from when Bally's was operating it under Caesars watch. Gone are the idiot patrons getting drunk and puking on the floors. Gone are the LVMP and the riot squads coming in to break up the fights in the rooms. Gone are the constant cases of DV happening in front of everyone, everywhere. This property is NOW RESPECTABLE. "Property is central nice beds lovely staff only thing that is terribly wrong is you rent out spaces at pool and the complimentary lounges chairs are limited I believe everyone should be able to enjoy the pool at no charge it should be part of resort fee maybe have a couple rentals but 90 percent was rental which in my opinion was a very wrong to your guests"

"The hotel is very nice. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful, I mean everyone- concierge, bartender, housekeeping, maintenance, cocktail waitresses! The location is perfect and within walking distance to almost everything. The room was cute and everything was so clean. Will definitely be back! "
