I didn't like the washroom, water wasn't always hot for showers. Sink faucet was old and not functional fully. Not enough furniture in room only 1 plastic chair was given. Guest services was helpful

Great location in the middle of the strip. Easy walking distance to all the places we needed to go. Room was very quiet and awesome view of the strip.

Rooms were not ready until 5:20 PM. Also they assigned to us 2 queen bed instead of king size bed. Lobby, lighting, decor around felt like low scale hotel and does not felt like a strip hotel at all.

The hotel is in the middle of the strip which is super convenient to surrounding hotels/attractions. Only hiccup I had was trying to check in using the self kiosk, several others appeared to have the same issue and went in line to check in. I had an issue with a kiosk where it took my ID (when asked to insert ID) and did not return it until 5 minutes later. It did not even try to check me in, it literally ate my ID. And I was super frustrated wondering how I would get my ID back. But aside from that the trip was great.

Formula 1 race really messed this area up. Very difficult to get around and no benefit from having the race. I'm not an F1 fan and would never come to a race, let alone watch on TV, but if they are going to mess up Vegas, at least give us a chance to get a glimse. In any case, not worth it and I would never come to Vegas again during F1 week. Certainly not the area around PH.

GOOD: Great room, very clean, good location right on the strip. BAD: There was an event near the hotel, so when we tried to re-park our car at night there was no way to enter the garage as it was blocked. We had to park a mile away and walk back to the room. I wish there had been signs, or that we had been notified when we checked in!! It would have been better to leave our car in their garage and Uber to our dinner, if we had known about the event in advance.
