"Lovely overnight stay in comfortable room with all the facilities needed. Bathroom was a bit tired and had limited space to put wash bags etc, but there was plentiful hot water and a decent shower, lovely toiletries and good towels. "What a delightful surprise. After negotiating the traffic and noise of nearby Southampton the quiet country setting seemed a world away, not just a few miles. THE ROOM was immaculately clean, super cozy with a generous floorplan and large, modern bathroom. Tasteful decor with lots of storage, old fashioned door keys. THE RESTAURANT, right across the parking lot, was an even nicer surprise. Meals were simple, but elegant and delicious. Breakfast was included in my rate which was an added bonus....

"Very nice rooms and a great location. Unfortunately the kitchen flooded on the Saturday night so we couldn't get our cooked breakfasts. I realise this is beyond the hotels control but I cant give 5 stars without my cooked breakfast."
