"The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The property was clean and well manicured. No breakfast offering was a bummer but there was a great restaurant right across the road that offered a wonderful breakfast. The manatee’s were in the lagoon which added additional entertainment. "

Newly renovated, spotless, as well as the sea life bedspreads helped to make this a pleasant experience. We had left a message regarding Check in and were immediately called back. Great value. "The Cottage made a wonderful stay for a quick getaway. I shared the main cottage with another family and my only complaint is that because the walls are thin, we were awakened by their incessant argument and the constant slamming of their suite and main doors. "

"We needed a place to stay that we could park close to being that we came to dive and had a lot of gear. The closest neighbor greated us upon arrival, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The boat gently rocked you to sleep at night on the comfy beds, couldn't have asked for more honestly and plan to come back. "

"Stayed one night on the way to Key West. The hotel was beautiful, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the sea was within walking distance. We added breakfast when booking, which offered a lot of selections on the menu and was delicious. We were very satisfied."

"The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that.
