"The clerk was very nice they gave our children two stuffed bulls when we checked in. That made their day . The room was nice but needed some more cleaning also the conditioner was out but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The parking was right behind the hotel and an easy walk to the lobby entrance which was what we were looking for ! "

"The area the hotel is located is nice...shopping, great restaurants and you can easily get to downtown or 610. My only negative is the hotel is currently under renovation, and I wasn't aware of that prior to booking, so none of the hotel amenities were accessible. Luckily, we only had one night booked or this would have been a very disappointing stay."

"The staff is friendly, polite and attentive to details. The room was clean and comfortable, the appliances looked new. The fridge is bigger than what you get typically, which I appreciated. Had a couple of things to do in the city after the check out and was kindly allowed to keep the car in the garage for a couple of extra hours. The secured indoor parking is really a great amenity."

"The good— Well equipped and well decorated room…large and very clean. Super quiet, beautiful color changing mirror. Greeted nicely upon arrival. The bad— Water pressure could be better. The ugly— None Recommended….dont look like much from the street but this place is really great. "
