Quiet business location but hotel lobby was under renovation, so the hotel lobby was loud, noisy and we could not enjoy the lobby area and beautiful chandeliers. One night, we lost electricity for approximately 2 hours. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful.

Excellent food at restaurants. Very responsive staff. Large renovation project underway that resulted in closure of some restaurants. Also, tarp covered portion of first floor. Not likely to return. Great location. The staff were very cordial and the room was spacious, but the room was quite dated and the A/C was noisy. The bathroom in the room was also dirty upon arrival. Unfortunate as we typically enjoy Hyatt experiences. It should also be noted that there were ongoing renovations in the lobby of the hotel in August 2024 - this didn’t affect the stay, but we were only notified after booking.

Hotel at time of visit was under construction in the lobby. The staff was very kind and professional. Housekeeping did great. Location is right on the O metro line and quick to get around with no need to step into the rain. Most sites other than the park require a ride away from the hotel. The rooms are clean but dated and need freshening up. The rooms HVAC does not keep it US cold. The last two days the room was warm not cool or cold. First two days it was cool not cold.

Hotel was average and not worth the cost. Only half the staff were polite and helpful. We stayed here during the 5.0 earthquake and no one blinked an eye. They told us to go back to our room. Not very comforting when you aren’t from Japan and have never been in this situation.
