"This was a second visit to this Hampton Inn: we have young family members living nearby and it’s simply easier to stay close but not actually with them. This hotel is the ideal mix of convenient and comfortable: the beds are nice, the wifi works, parking is adequate and the free breakfast includes healthy choices. "

"Great value close to the University of Ottawa. The rooms/apartments are modern and clean. The online check-in process is easy but if you're not tech friendly I'm sure it can be done on arrival at the front desk. No need to see anyone though as online check-in gives you a code to the building and your room. I'll be staying here again for sure. "

"The room wasn't in the best condition, but it wasn't bad. It is generally clean and tidy, but the heater makes a very loud noise. The inside of the heater was so full of dust that I didn't want to turn it on, but I had no choice but to use it due to the cold weather. The staff was friendly, the surroundings were quiet, and it was nice to have a fast food restaurant that I could enjoy comfortably, but I think the heater needs maintenance."
