This was the perfect home for her and the extended family was able to pop in before the ceremony to say hello. Plenty of lovely deck space to spread out on without getting under each other's feet."

The neighborhood was quiet and the cottage had everything we needed to enjoy travels to New Zealand. We traveled from the States and found the location to be perfect for day trips to the city, Hamilton, Raglan, Waitomo (glow worm caves), Hobbiton, and surrounding areas. We highly recommend! "

"I may have missed it in the description, but this property does NOT have air-conditioning. The house was very stuffy and hot when we arrived, but admittedly cooled off nicely at night. Fans were provided and very necessary. The house was nice and clean, but some appliances were in poor condition or not working. There is a washing machine, but the "dryer" is a set of cloths lines in the back yard! lol I had the impression this property was closer to the beach and maybe even had a nice view, but...
