From the moment I stepped out of the taxi until I left the staff were so polite and helpful and professional. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious - with a bath! Room service dining was timely and a yummy pizza! The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage for those staying for longer than a couple of nights. Thank You I would be very happy to return to and recommend the Cordis.

Our family loved the pool and spa facilities. Enjoyed the breakfast experience and of course the hotel scent is amazing. I had to buy a bottle to take home. Although a bit of a walk to main shops and waterfront, the complimentary shuttle is a fantastic service. Super comfy bed, and filtered water stations throughout which I loved. The hotel catered so well for a family also. We will be back.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Cordis Hotel in Auckland. The rooms were cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. The morning buffet was awesome and offered a great variety. It's a very family-oriented place. There was some construction around the hotel entrance, but we easily found parking at a nearby Wilson lot, which was convenient and just a short walk away. Though we visited right after Christmas when many nearby places were closed, the hotel's location would likely be fantastic during busier times of the year.

Food was excellent. Only complaints are that the king bed was actually just two smaller mattresses put together, and the air conditioner in the room barely blew air.

Great hotel, always enjoy our stays here. Fabulous breakfast. Great amenities for the kids, always going the extra mile. Beautlful rooms and great pool.
