Sadly the property is for sale and there is some deferred maintenance such as burned out light bulbs, vent switch not working. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was wonderful. "The property is as advertised and is awesome!!! The inside is nice and well appointed. The outside property is very nice and the amenities are amazing!!! Cabana bar, fire pit, horseshoes, washers, tether ball and more. Also a very nice outdoor play are for the children. A really nice getaway. We also liked the location, halfway between Weatherford and Granbury on the Brazos river. The sunsets were pretty too!!!"

"If you’re looking for someplace wholesome in the country with clean fresh air and everything you need to feel at-home, this is the place for you. You’ll see cows, hummingbirds, horses, and donkeys here and it’s a lot like returning to a place of simplicity and sanity. I enjoyed getting out of the city and remembering what peace and quiet feels like. We’re purchasing a small ranch home nearby and it was a nice reminder of why."
