"Location was excellent. Front desk staff very professional. Check in was prompt. The room was just as pictured. The hotel lobby and facilities were as pictured. The food in the restaurant delicious. The staff all professional. We had dinner and brunch. Both meals salmon very good and brunch many choices and the price moderate. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel, highly recommend. Definitely will be returning."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The location provided easy access to the Inner Harbor and Little Italy. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Start of trip was challenging. Arrived after check in time and the room wasn’t ready. I had to wait over an hour. They should have offered a drink coupon. I didn’t receive a text that the room was ready so stood in line again to check status. The couple next to me was offered an upgraded room. I then inquired for myself and they did offer a room on the executive level. That room was nice and it was nice to have access in the lounge. "
