The front desk manager Chris is a wonderful human being. I was going through personal trauma and lost control of my emotions at check in. He not only took me aside to have privacy, but he sat with me until I had calmed down, listened to me and made me feel so welcome! Please give Chris my warmest regards. Only comment I would make is that for such an excellent (and not cheap) hotel the breakfast is definitely sub-par with no eggs, only green bananas, toaster with only two slots, no orange juice, ...something that can be easily improved. This felt like a Super-8 motel type of breakfast. Very disappointing.
