"Desert Shores was as perfect a location that you can get. It was centrally located and close to everything. Our condo was fabulous. Very clean and very well stocked with anything you need as far as housewares are concerned. Our host was great, I never needed to talk to her, but she kept in contact via e-mail throughout our stay. Comforting to know she was available and concerned on how our stay was. How ever you grade 10 out 10, 5 stars or AAA, Desert Shores was that good for us."

"The pond was beautiful with the ducks, geese and turtles. I watched the hummingbirds and other birds from the coolness inside the condo and in the morning walked around the pond when it was cool. If I come back into that side of town I will definitely be back!! Lovely stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was great, and we loved the view of the lake for our morning coffee. The property was very clean, well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved the pool area, everyone we met was very nice and friendly. The only thing i will say is make sure to read the book before you venture around, we didn't know about the key access and got locked in the lake area (door was open when we got there), we almost couldn't get out until...

The unit was very comfortable, right from our morning coffee overlooking the pool, the time spent at the pool and even relaxing in the evening which made every aspect of our stay enjoyable. "Great little place if you’re visiting Maryvale for Milwaukee Brewers spring training. Couldn’t be closer. Apartment complex is a bit on the wild side but not unsafe; just rough enough at the edges that you shouldn’t expect to spend your time milling around there without purpose. Apartment was nice, clean, everything important worked. Appreciated the closet space and showers. Good for an extended stay if in town for work."

"My husband is a patient at City of Hope and recently went through 2 months of cancer treatments. Normally we stay at a hotel near the hospital, but this time we opted for a condo because we wanted the convenience of having the same amenities we have at home. So happy we found this condo! It was an easy drive to the hospital everyday and had everything we needed. The pool was a great bonus because it really helped relax my husband on the hard days. Millie was a great host and very accommodating...
