Perfect location, very comfortable stay

Beautiful View and Great Location
We enjoyed our stay here in Venice. It was in a great location, easily walkable and the restaurants close by were all convenient and yummy. We especially liked the restaurant just below it! The check in process was easy, we would stay here again.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic, central location
Our family was so impressed with the location, comfort, and beauty of this apartment. It's perfectly located just a few minutes walk to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square and has beautiful views of the canals right from the unit. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Paola made checking in and out seamless. We hope to have the opportunity to visit Venice again and would love to stay in this beautiful apartment if we do.

Location
Arriving at the apartment was very stressful! After a long travel day we were greeted at the apartment by Paola, she was not pleasant to deal with. I made it clear from the time I booked this reservation that our flight did not land in Venice until 9:30pm, we would need to get thru customs, get our luggage and navigate to the apartment in a city we have never been to so it would be late. I was aware that I would be charged at late arrival fee, which was fine. I kept Paola informed from London on and messaged her when we got into a water taxi, by the time we reached the apartment it was after 11pm and she was very upset with us. She did not say hello she just started angrily telling us how long she had been waiting there in the cold for us and how late it was, she was also upset with us for taking water transport that cost 60 euros instead of a private taxi that cost 160 euro. So, after letting us know she had been waiting for so long in the cold and I should have taken private taxi she opened the building door and just stormed up 3 flights of stairs leaving us behind. She hastily showed us around the apt, we felt very uncomfortable and after she left my kids were feeling upset about the whole situation, not a great way to start off in a foreign country. The apt. was ok overall, my son didn't think the bathroom was very clean, location and views are the best part of the apt. Location 10 - Hospitality 1 - I think I would choose a hotel next time, seems less stressful.

Great location scenic views!
The location of this property is ideal and the views down to the canals are unbeatable. The rooftop dining table was an added bonus . The apartment is very quiet and was very clean. Like most of Venice you have to go up two flights of stairs. tootstairs

You should stay here!
This place is so lovely. Beautiful view of the canal as you see the boats and gondolas floating by. The apartment is also above a very nice restaurant where we had dinner. It is on the 2nd floor so watch the heavy luggages. We actually loved the loft area where my sister slept during our stay. Our 3 year old loved visiting up there and playing with his aunt.

Great apartment. Perfect location. Amazing view. Really comfortable. Lots of amenities. Hosts were very friendly and available. Only thing missing was a real coffee pot or even a French press.

Stunning Venice views
A fabulous 3 bedroomed apartment with canal side views. Space for the 5 of us - the third bedroom is in the open rafters. Well equipped small kitchen and bathrooms. The location was excellent- 5 minutes from San Marco and Rialto but in a quiet side lane. Very quiet at night. We could watch the gondolas go passed all day and couples on the bridge opposite celebrating their engagement after dinner at the restaurant below. Better apartment than photos suggest- we loved it!

Wonderful property with great views in a great location
We were a group of three (two adults, one child) and found this property very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is really great for sightseeing, and there are multiple restaurants and shops nearby. The electric dryer was a very nice bonus! We loved looking out at the canal while having breakfast in the mornings and watching the gondolas go by in the evenings. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we absolutely would stay here again. Thank you!

Picturesque Views and Superior Location
Beautiful property situated on the canal for remarkable views and within the heart of Venice to experience this magnificent city. Air conditioning in every room, washer/dryer, beautiful balcony area upstairs. The location provides access to Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s while also offering unique proximity and access to the city The restaurant downstairs should be promoted more as it is wonderful and welcoming and so much more than a delicious, authentic meal. Written directions and/or emailed instructions would make this stay easier. Other VRBO stays on our Italy trip provided more details with clear steps in advance and during our stay which improved our other experiences significantly.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The place was extra clean, beds were comfortable, and the shower was actually big enough for me (I am 6'5", and Italy was not built by or for tall people!). Location was perfect as well. Paola was extra attentive to our needs. It was a great overall experience!

Dream come true
Firstly, the apartment was impeccably clean. Loved this! It was beautifully appointed with a multitude of glass and various antiques. You can tell the apartment has been renovated and they did an exceptional job! Know that it is a walk up, two flights of stairs, though that wasn't an issue for us. The piece de resistance was the view out the front window and the activity in the canals. I could have sat and watched it all day. The gondoliers would should OE! every time they approached the corner. And lots of people would stop and take their photo at the bridge. Great people watching and a great location in the city. The four of us loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

Great location with a view.
The home was in a great location of everything. Great view of the gondolas passing by. Just an fyi you need to carry your bags 2 flights up due to no elevator but overall we enjoyed our time in Venice.
