"This was a beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and kept very well. I would recommend this place to anyone who books this and its walking distance to many stores and restaurants. "

"Quiet and nice area within walking distance of the Colosseum. Apartment was adequate for a family of 4 (two kids) and the property recommendations for dinning in the area was spot on. Check in and out process was a breeze as well. "

"Great central property within walking distance ( some may take 20 min or so) of key sites. Near good restaurants and taxi rank. When coming back to Rome this would be the area I would look to stay if seeing the sites. Host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our weekend."

"During spring time the smell of flowers is amazing Very quiet please at night, 1 block away from the Plaza San Pedro, restaurants and small convinces stores across the street. Safe and clean."

"Great place to stay. Lots of space. We had an issue with one shower causing lots of water on the floor but they came the next day to address it. That was appreciated. Note there is no lock safe in the suite. That was not told to us. But I would still highly recommend it. "

"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. Great restaurants feet away from the hotel front door. We enjoyed our time. "

"Staff was wonderful, and a great souce for information. The apartment had 18th centry charm, but still had all of the necessities. Just minutes to the St. Peter's Bacilica. Easy to obtain transportation."

"Fantastic apartment, huge rooms, two lovely bathrooms, all facilities catered for including washing machine and dryer. Three teenagers with us and it was perfect for eating there and close to the Metro and attractions. Cannot fault it at all and recommend to anyone."

"This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication."

"Odd set up with kitchen in bedroom but location is great. 37 stairs to get to the lift so if that's an issue avoid here otherwise we highly recommend this place with a piazza view and located near the best eateries and attractions."

"Enjoyed how central it was to a lot of the famous attractions. "

"We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed this prime location. The apartment is great and relatively easy to find. Our host met us and oriented us to the apartment and building. The location and number of beds worked great for us. Only things to note is the shower pressure is pretty non existent and finding parking was a pain at times. But a great place and would recommend. "

"The stay in the hotel was good . I like the room was modern , service was good . Many people complained about noise but I stayed at 4th floor I can barely hear noise but I guess if you are in lower floor you will feel the noise . The breakfast was fine . The only complaint i have its about hot water , the hot water is inconsistent but is not a mayor issue for me"

"This is an excellent "budget" hotel. A short (5 min or so) walk from the Roma Termini train stations, and major attraction are also within a walking distance. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, plus multiple dining options right outside of the hotel. The only con is that the doors are very thin, and since our room was right next to the concierge desk, there was constant buzzing (all guests need to ring the door to enter the building). Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you for offering this opportunity to explore Rome! "
