I can only say that the location (near the station) is the only advantage of this hotel. If you want quality hotel service, please consider other hotels. On the contrary, if you just want to stay overnight and visit the sights of Rome, this hotel is a good choice. In addition, there is a problem with the waterproofing of the bathroom in the room I stayed in. Please pay attention to this, hotel owner. Thank you.

The room was great, large to accommodate three of us. The hotel was conveniently located right next to the train station and a few minutes from the bus station, making getting around easy. The breakfast was great and the staff was helpful and pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Gioberti and would highly recommend it. The hotel was only a two-minute walk from the main train/metro/bus station, which made it convenient for getting around in Rome. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was good. The staff were couteous and, whenever I had a problem, for example with the TV and the safe, they immediately sent someone to resolve the issue.

Located few minutes away from the main train, bus and metro station, Roma Termini. From the airport, take an express train, Leonardo Express €18/pp, to Roma Termini and exit through street level. Lot of businesses, restaurants, minimarts and people standing outside so beware of pickpockets. Check-in process was expedite and friendly by Lorenzo. He was friendly and helpful getting us oriented and provided great advices regarding transportation via metro. Surrounding the hotel are 2 very famous basilica: Saint Maria Major and Saint Maria Angels. Room size is very decent.. not a lot of storage spaces, bed & pillows are firm. Breakfast is very very standard with same daily men: scrambled eggs, sausages, cold cuts, cereal, yogurt, melon and oranges…

Our room was clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to my requests. The area is super convenient with tons of eating and shopping around, right next to train station. Honestly, for the price it was a fantastic stay. The area surrounding the hotel is loud, but we travel with a noise maker so it wasn't an issue for us at all.

Stay very far away from this “motel” because they were far from a hotel. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. Marco was rude, and spoke to us like he was doing us a favor with any answers he gave us. The room was small, dirty, and we felt extremely unsafe in the neighborhood. The description of the hotel and neighborhood is misleading. The shower didn’t work properly, the walls were dirty, there was hair everywhere, the toilet seat was yellow, and when I showed Marco a picture of the toilet seat, his answer, in a very nasty way, was “it’s old but clean. It’s all we have.” I asked for an iron, and they brought me a burnt iron with a disgusting iron board. The iron ruined my shirt. We went out for NYE and put a do not disturb sign on our door. When we got back that night, we noticed someone went in to our room. The iron and board were missing. I immediately called Expedia and asked that I be allowed to leave the hotel and I quickly made a reservation elsewhere. We left the next day. When I told Marco someone entered my room, he said impossible and wouldn’t believe us. I suggest the hotel check their cameras. The only nice thing about this place is Lorenzo, who was very sympathetic and nice to us. Thank you Lorenzo. This place doesn’t deserve you. NO NOT STAY HERE. There are so many more options in Rome for the same price and better value.

We had an extraordinary stay in Gioberti's. Since the first day with Lorenzo saying Welcome, to the last day with Martina coordinated our transport to the airport. Everything was great, breakfast, room, and staff... We will stay again here for sure.
