United States of America All-inclusive Hotel

"Amazing resort Older furnishings and dated but clean and best resort on Ft. Lauderdale beach. Nicole at the pool is great and all the staff were extremely accommodating. We had one bedroom poolside suite which was huge. Kitchenette and large balcony . Wish we could stay longer "

"First off, the resort is beautiful and all the staff were wonderful. In most cases I believe it would be an easy 5 star review, however we did not stay at the best time. The resort was preparing to transition for a private event which effected the dining options and had a lot of work going on around the property. My main complaint was we were not made aware of any of the changes before or even upon check-in. It wasnt until the morning after that we received a text saying the main resteraunt...

"I love that you are allowed to bring 2 guests to the property for the day. My sister came down from LA and stayed in a room and I stayed in a room and were able to invite my parents that live in San Diego to hang out Saturday and Sunday but still they were able to go back home both days and not have to pay."

"This is our second trip to this property. It was great. We were awakened and dealt with a noisey neighbor the first night, but fortunately, the hotel was able to calm them down for the remainder of our stay. The staff and their crew were ready to do a great job. The charges to our credit card along with the credits are a bit difficult to understand, but we think that the result is correct."
