「The hotel is right located in the downtown and extremely close to the Independence Square. Renovation is in 80’s Soviet style but cannot expect too much given that price. Room is clean however there were some insects or mosquitoes (which I am not sure) kept biting me at my last night of stay (Gates Closed with air-conditioner on). So I suspect there were some problem for the bed sheet. But still I would recommend this hotel for budget traveller.」

「The staff were kind and provided detailed guidance. The facilities were good overall. However, I was not informed in advance that there would be a banquet when I went to the restaurant for a meal. Additionally, the noise from the neighboring room and the sound of doors closing were excessively loud, which disrupted my sleep. Specifically, I was woken up by the loud door-slamming noises from the neighboring guests between 12:30 AM and 1:40 AM. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. It seems...

「Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay...
