"The hotel offers some perks upon check-in, such as JPY 1000 discount for parking facility near the hotel (note: not at the hotel), as well as JPY 1000 discount per guest for dining at the restaurants located in the same building as the hotel. Downside is that the staff was not very familiar and helpful to attend to our query. The onsen was big and clean but the water is just normal water, not mineral water so won't feel any smoothness on the skin after soaking in the water, unlike the onsen that we went to in Gero. Overall, we are very pleased with the hotel as it is really for value and very comfortable and clean. We got 4 single beds in a reasonably sized room so all could get good sleep."

"Its definitely worth single penny, so convineint from narita airport, having huge luggages, its became easy bec from rapid train down to kyoto station we dont even need to go out bec its directly on the station will definitely be back and book again here "

"Good hotel located on the Hachijo side of Kyoto Station. It’s literally across the street from the station making it very convenient. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. The Aeon Mall is located right around the corner. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and had good amenities. The price was very reasonable, too."

"Fantastic location and very clean. The public bath and changing area are a nice addition. All the small touches, heated toilet seat, body towels, toothbrushes (and more) put this over the top. Highly recommend."
