「Like outside bar, pool was nice, nice lobby area...Did Not like dining options only one restaurant a day..Only grill service was the only option everyday. .Very disappointed, not what was advertised. 」

「The Pink Palm is a beautiful and picturesque boutique hotel located in the heart of the old city. It’s very convenient to walk to town but if you are driving the parking situation is less than ideal. Also, be aware there are lots of stairs. The hotel is thoughtfully decorated and the views are gorgeous. Definitely great for those Instagram shots! 「I loved everything about the place , staff was excellent. Casino across the street was nice. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the Tuscany restaurant wasn't open every day, so dinner buffet wasn't that great, especially the money we paid to stay thete. Stoll we enjoyed ourselves. happy 」

「Beautiful property with expansive grounds. The pool and beach area are beautiful, but we were very disappointed that guests were permitted to personal music systems very loudly at both locations. For a resort of this cost and caliber, we expected a more upscale experience. Also, the food at the restaurants was disappointing, even for a hotel, and lemongrass was terrible. Also, the hotel made no mention of the villa rooms being across the street, up an enormous hill and only accessible via golf...

「The facility of this hotel is old. Other than that, it’s location is good, close to the ferry dock and many restaurants.」

「We had two rooms - 221, which was updated, nicely furnished, and comfortable deck furniture. Bathroom and kitchen had also been renovated. Room 222 on the other have was very outdated, no decorations on walls, uncomfortable plastic furniture. The bathroom had a low grade sewer smell and the toilet water regurgitated a yellow-brown color backwash. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Lexie was terrific. 」

「Beautiful area. Our bungalows were so clean when we arrived & actually checked in a little early! The beach was beautiful! Beach bar was great! The little food truck was so good! Staff was accommodating. Getting a ride anywhere was a nightmare! So plan for that! Dont stay here if you’re not expecting a quiet, island-feel that is peaceful & cozy. The resort pets were also a plus! 」
