"We loved our stay at the Ritz Carlton. Most of the staff were very helpful, some of the staff seemed a little bit bothered by asking questions or recommendations. The food quality, and all the restaurants was excellent. The rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of Grace Bay. The pool is heated, which is needed this time of year.
