“Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.”

“The resort was perfect for our stay. The suites were fully equipped and felt like a home away from home. The location right on Grace Bay Beach was amazing. Just steps away from the beautiful glass clear water. Highly recommend. ”

Quiet area hotel staff are helpful. Gym was nice . Only con about this hotel is all the stairs you have to go up. No elevators ”

“Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. ”

“This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back.”

“We did a two week mix of remote work and vacation and all was perfect. The property was exactly as described. Beach access was close, and pools were nice. Though it is not on the beach you see the turquoise waters from the balcony. I would recommend having a car so you can try all the awesome restaurants and activities the island offers, though four great restaurant options are within one mile of the property. “Everything you need for a quiet vacation on Providenciales with family or friends. Distant location doesn‘t matter, because of the small size of the island. you can get everywhere in under 1 hour. Beautiful residential complex, pool, pool bar, a few miles away from other buildings, very quiet, gated, free parking, free Wifi, approx. 2.5 miles of unpaved road (easily passable with normal vehicles), largest supermarket of Providenciales Graceway IGA approx. 10 miles / 20 minutes away, full kitchen……

“If you’re looking at a way to do Turks and Caicos on a budget, this place is for you. It’s great having the golf cart to take you to the beach if you didn’t feel like walking. Only a 3 to 4 minute walk all the amenities, chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and kayaks. Available to you morning. Breakfast was very average but nice to have as it is very expensive to eat out on the island. Grocery store is a two minute walk. Would definitely go back.”

“This property is located close to the beach. 5 minute wall plus a shuttle every hour. Pool is gorgeous and great for swimming laps. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always plan activities ”

“New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are……
