"We stayed at Nueva Vida in our recent 9 day visit to Tulum and we absolutely loved it here. We were not looking for an all inclusive experience and more of the smaller eco lodge and we were not disappoint. Our room (Coral) was easy to get to the main road and just a minute walk to the beach. It was clean, comfortable and included a fan - which made the humidity tolerable. Housekeeping did an amazing job of keeping everything fresh and clean each day. We loved having breakfast included, and the food was quite good. The hotel had beach lounges that were always available which was a huge plus. The Nueva Vida location is extremely convenient as it is a 5 minute walk in either direction to great dining, shopping, and spas. While we had a car, we didn’t really use it much. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it if you are looking for an eco lodge feel and not the AI compound feel. "

"Beautiful property. My room view was amazing. Aside from having 7 restaurants, nightly entertainment, spa, gardens, beach, wildlife, in the end my most memorable moments came through interactions with resort staff. Everyone we encountered always had a smile, was respectful and helpful. The restaurant staff was wonderdul. I want to especially thank and recognize the fine gentlemen at preferred breakfast at Portofino. They are Rene, Javier, and Edgar. Their excellent service and kindness left an impression. In the café I would like to thank and recognize Luis and Jessica for their latte skills and warm welcoming smiles. Last but not least, our highly skilled resort photographer Tania. She captured such timeless and priceless moments for us. My wife and I would like to thank you all for making our stay at Dreams Tulum a real life dream. We hope to see you all again soon.
