"It seems that the elevators have issues often, as I've been there a few times when only one or two of the three elevators were working, this time only one was working. It was a busy weekend with one working elevator. The sofa sleeper in the living area had a note under the cushion saying not to open because it was broken. But as usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful, special shout-out to the morning Starbucks barista for being the friendliest face to start the day."

The person at the front counter was very sweet and made jokes but actually gave little information before disappearing. We were not given directions on where to park nor were we told which floor our room was - we had to ask another guest!
