「Place was clean and a very traditional Japanese house. If you want authentic, this is your place. Only 1 chair and desk, so sitting on the floor all the time is a bit tough. Good location, quiet and quaint. Could use some helpful kitchen items like oil, soy sauce, s&p. Instructions throughout house was great. Great udon mom and pop shop around corner and local museum. Close to subway and quick bus to Asakusa and other areas. 」

「My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend it if you are traveling with a large group that wants to stay in separate rooms. Please keep in mind that most of the bedrooms are on the top floor and the stairs may be too steep for older people/young kids.」

「We had a great vacation close to the skytree. Our host communicated well, and let us keep our luggage for a few hours after our stay and before our flight. The place was large and clean. I would definitely stay here again.The only downside is the street noise is loud during the night but that is just being in one of the largest cities in the world. Just keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.」

「Part of my reason for returning to Japan, was to study traditional interior decorating, This house was a good example, as it was built before WW2, Other advantages were the nice neighborhood, plenty of space, laundry, good heating system, friendly owner.」

「Very nice house. Proximity to the JR Shin Koiwa station makes getting anywhere in Tokyo very easy. It’s about a ten minute walk. Host is excellent and communicates well. Very quiet neighborhood. If you can navigate the excellent Tokyo rail and subway system this is an excellent choice for your visit. I would not hesitate to book the Kanae House again. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Kamei House! Communication was excellent. We were granted access to the house with a phone app to control the lock which was a handy and easy way to check in. The house was located with easy access to two train stations depending on route. There was plenty of space for our group of six and we had a great time exploring Tokyo from this convenient location!」

「My wife and I stayed here a week and enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and helpful, the property matched the listing and it was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, and the location was peaceful. There were food options nearby and a grocery and convenience store nearby also. We would stay there again if we return to the area.」

「まず初見、でか！！となりテンションがあがりました。玄関へ入ると綺麗なお部屋にお風呂も大きく、寝室も3つあり大人数で赤ちゃんがいてもストレスなく過ごすこともできました。今回、両親の還暦祝いでディズニーへ行きましたがアクセスも車で10分と近く、寝室も別れていたので子供が途中で起きてしまってもぐっすり寝かさせてあげることができました。ただ、部屋がめちゃくちゃ乾燥します。加湿器があるといいなと思ってたところ、チェックアウトギリギリに2階の洗面台で加湿器らしきものを見つけました。もう少しわかりやすいところへ置いておいてほしかったです。夏場は寝室２部屋にエアコンがなかったのできついかな、とは思いました。また、お風呂の水圧が弱く少しだけ洗うのに時間がかかりました。でも湯船はジェットバスが使えたので疲れた体を癒すにはとてもよかったです。キッチンもなんでも置いてあり大変助かりました。キッチンと階段のところにガードがスライドで出たので小さい子供が勝手に入らないようにできたのがとても助かりました。また大人数でディズニー行く時には必ずこちらを利用させて頂きます。」

「This property was perfect for our family. The home was very clean and came with added amenities that any visitor will appreciate. The location was only a very short distance to Shinkoiwa Station, which made transport very easy. It is also located right next to the Edo River which made for a nice stroll in the evening. We very much enjoyed our time here and would Highly recommend this property!」

「The house was very well kept and the was ample room for my group of 6 to stay. Despite it being a ways outside of Tokyo center, the quiet neighborhood was a nice change of pace when getting back after a long day in the city. Grace was a wonderful host well was very quick to respond with any」
