"Perfect 2 night stay for my wife's 40th birthday surprise. The room and hotel overall were spotless. The only negative we had was that the rooftop Spa is not included in the price and is an extra £35pp (discounted from the regular price of £90pp) for a 3hr slot only which was a little disappointing when it is advertised as part of the hotel experience. We did add this on though and the spa is very good and worth the discounted price but definitely not the full £90pp for 3hrs access. Breakfast...

"The flat was in a quiet area just a few blocks from Grassmarket Square which has lots of pubs and restaraunts. We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. We would definately stay here again."
