Property was very beautiful! Bathroom in guest room was a little on the small side. Bed was a bit firm. All staff were very friendly & helpful. Food a little pricey, but very good!

Solo traveler from Toronto and Hotel New Otani The New exceeded my expectations. This hotel is located in a quieter area but is a hop, skip and a jump to anywhere you want to go. Absolutely loved my stay and miss it already. Beautifully renovated room and the attention to detail was evident. Attached to sister hotel Garden Tower where the breakfast buffet was outstanding. They even forwarded my luggage to Kyoto so I didn’t have to worry about it on the Shinkansen. Honestly, staying at this hotel gave me VIP feels.
