Very decent stay for solo travel. Rooms may be small but it was to be expected. For the people who complains on how small the rooms are, they probably shower with socks on and must be fun at parties.

Adequate. The good - close walk to Shibuya station and the main shopping areas around there. Also had a nice cafe for breakfast and lunch situated right in the hotel. No issues with the staff - very friendly all around. However, for over $350 CAD per night, we were expecting more than a basic hotel with stained carpets and a TV that only had a few basic channels. They also don’t have fitted sheets on their bed - just a straight sheet - so inevitably every morning we would wake up with the sheet off and just laying on an uncomfortable scratchy mattress. No luggage transfer service offered so we ended up going across the street to the Family Mart. Been travelling Japan for over a month with several hotels and this was by far our least favourite.

Great location, terrible hotel, stayed in Tokyo many times and this place was by far the worst, the bed was a paper thin mattress on top of a wooden cabinet, they only clean the room every 3 days and the lobby stinks of cigarettes, for the money I paid its was by far not worth it, I had booked the room for 2 weeks and had to find another place to stay after 7 nights

Our bed was a heavily used futon, ultimately shaped like a banana on one side. 😅 There is housekeeping, but only until 11 am. A request made a few minutes after results in an explanation to the rules and no cleaning. Check out is 10 am, no exceptions. Asking for late check out results in an explanation of the rules, pointing to a piece of paper that you receive when you check in stating no late check out, and no late check out. The rooms do not look like the front entrance and the cute little stairs in front of the building are to shops, not the hotel rooms. There are couches and a microwave in an unusual layout of a lobby area. There is no coffee in the room, only green tea that you collect yourself from the lobby. I asked for recommendations on where to eat, or if the individuals working there had any favorite shopping stores. None were shared. Bonus: there are single use q-tips, that did make the $350/night banana futon all worth it.

This property was perfect for me and my wife! We absolutely adored how close it was to all the main shopping areas and dining areas. It was a very simple room that provided all the necessary things needed for our stay such as a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. We also loved the no contact check in/check out process option. The family mart right across the hotel was a big bonus! We will definitely be back for another stay.

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean. Biggest complaint was air conditioner did very little (wouldn't go below 23°C, and I'm not convinced it ever reached that) and mattress was uncomfortable.

Check-in was a not the best. I got an email with a QR code about fast check in after I had checked in. The staff was okay. The whole place seems purposely under staffed. Check out a little too early, and no option for late check out. The room was possibly the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Basically a hallway with a bath shower in 1 closet and a bed in another other. But for the price good okay. Good value considering the relative location. Over all good.
