"Checkin was friendly, easy and quick. The skybar is awesome with amazing views especially at night! Walked to Union Square for shopping and dinner, only a few blocks away. Took elevator from the Parking garage to lobby. Everything was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Get a room with a balcony, it did not disappoint, the views of the water were spectacular! "

"I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff is incredibly attentive and quick to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that parking isn’t included—you’ll need to use the garage next door, which costs $55 per day, but it works fine if you’ve arranged other transportation. On the plus side, they have a fantastic restaurant/bar downstairs. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"I enjoyed my stay. The concierge Pam was so warm snd pleasant. She made you feel at home. There was one woman in particular that was upstairs and worked the reception desk at the spa and also at the front desk reception that I did not care for her attitude. When she was asked a question she was rude and unfriendly. Because of her I never went to the spa. Otherwise everyone else very nice especially Pam. "

"The property was great. Lots of things to do in the area, and the hotel is very clean. My only problem was that you have to request ice buckets, and you cannot store anything in the fridge. The mini fridge that you can place items it has to be requested at the front desk. Coffee makers too. Inconvenient, but it comes to you with an hour. "
