"Everything was exceptional! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities. If I'll have to complain about something ...it would have to be dining options. I would probably give more staff at the dining restaurant downstairs. It was over a half hour wait to eat at the restaurant downstairs and then one server to bring food. The buffet was unappetizing. On our last night we couldn't get food because of wait times at the restaurant."

"Room and common areas looked exactly like the pictures. There were yummy cookies every afternoon but you had to get there quickly. Restaurant has a small and simple menu, but good food and nice vibe. Breakfast is basic, but free. So no complaints. Room was tidy, but under the beds was extremely dusty. For kids with intense allergies this was a problem. Housekeeping only changed out the garbage liners, no cleaning or tidying of the beds to be had. That’s why I deducted 1 star. "

"My daughter goes to school right across the street from this hotel. I was one of the first guests when they first opened and it’s just absolutely beautiful, the staff are very friendly, but as the months have gone by. It’s gotten very expensive. I would love it if the price went down a little so every time I’m up there I could stay very close to my daughter. The price has made me look for other options, especially for just a quick getaway, but nonetheless, I will highly recommend it "

"Honestly we had a great stay. It was truly an experience and the local shops and food spots def helped to make our stay feel warm and welcoming. Will definitely travel back in the fall, would love to see the foliage during that time. "

"Beware! When booking this hotel on Expedia it is not clear what property you will be staying at. The Beekman Arms main in is the country's oldest hotel,cand we thought we were booked there. Never having been, we were unaware of the different properties. Our room ended up being in Germond house, a somewhat characterless property a block and a half away, a disappointing surprise. "We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect!"
