I reserved a room for two nights. Days before I was to check in, I called to cancel one night but was unable because of a two night minimum. I told the hotel I would be there the second night. Despite this communication, my reservation was considered a no show and the second night was cancelled. After much back and forth, the hotel found a room for a single night. We stayed in Room 132. It was immediately clear from the stench that dogs pee in that room and the rug is never cleaned. The front desk gave us Lysol, which didn't help. We were told it was the only available room so we bought a candle and industrial odor removal spray which we applied several times during the night, but still woke up gagging from the smell. That said, Mallory at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
