"This is our second time staying here, but this time our holiday consisted of ONLY staying onsite and relaxing, enjoying all the activities and all inclusive package. Staff are amazing and are the reason we will keep coming back - big shout out to Ping Ping from the Beach Grill, Ron and Man from Pool Bar, Milo from Starbucks, Oat Milk from front desk, Jam from housekeeping, and so many more for their incredible hospitality. We hope to be back again every year."

Still, it offers a nice balance between accessibility and a quieter atmosphere. Overall, the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok is a solid choice for anyone seeking comfort, good service, and a fantastic breakfast spread in the heart of the city. I would definitely consider staying here again!"

The hotel was clean and safe with easy local transport connections to shopping, dining and attractions. Family friendly with 3 pool area and private beach area. Spa Therapy was very good."
