"A bit odd the next day as I was checking out, they said they had not collected the city tax of 300 yen from me when I checked and wanted to collect it as I was leaving. As I had booked and prepaid online, I presumed this was already sorted. Regardless that is an error on behalf of the hotel and chasing me down at check-out seemed a bit weird. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. It is super convenient when i am working in the area. "

"Great location and property. Easy to check in and out. Couple suggestions: explain the elevator doesn’t go to 6th floor. Americans/hawaiian don’t travel light. "This place was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 separated bedrooms, but could turn into 1 if needed. Kitchen was great, laundry share with bathroom, separate toilet. Very clean, private, convenient location in quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Felt safe and was just a really pleasant place to stay! I couldn’t work out the projector but we didn’t need it. Better than a hotel room as the kids had a bit more of space to occupy. Will book again if we are back in Osaka."
