"We were going to be staying for a 6 days and didn't want the headache and issues some people have with AB&B and price was better. We got in at 11pm, the instructions were very clear on how to get in building area, locked gate, get in to the room and if any issues or questions there was a number to text. The room has a keypad door lock so you don't have to worry about keys, programmed to part of your phone # so you don't forget. The room was spacioius for the layout. The inroom wash/dryer was very convienent, the kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, coffee and maker, snacks and water! Great first impression after traveling half the day. The TV in the living room was all of 55", with smart apps built in, no cable or antenna (worked great for us). No bedroom TV though. Closet was large and has a dresser, but could have used more hangers. Separate air conditioner for the bedroom, filters were clean. The furniture and some lamps have USB and charging pads for the phone. The wall decorations, furniture and tables gives a nice updated feel to the room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable with soft linens. There is a nice room/area in the middle of the complex for breakfast, games, pool table, TV sitting area just next to the pool. The pool was large and has a hot tub next to it. Towels were always stocked. The music playing outside by the pool is a nice touch. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. There is a grocery store and great cafe, within a block."

"Beautiful modern oasis in the middle of the downtown Tempe area. The hotel is clean with many amenities. The rooms are spacious and includes a safe, cooling drawer, and coffee pot. There is a barn door to separate the bedroom from the bathroom and closet area. Check out the gorgeous rooftop bar."
