A superb place to stay when events are straight across the street. Everything was perfect until we started to leave and were struggling with the luggage cart at the door and a male staff member standing at door said “either in or out, we do t care which”. Didn’t offer to help but was just rude.

Good place to stay, on the ASU campus. Much like any other hotel in the area, parking is paid, but you do have in and out option. Decent basic breakfast included. Rooms were clean, but not made unless requested, the communication on that was not very clear either. The front desk staff is a bit of a mixed bag, some who couldn't care less to be there and be customer centric, a few who were great with their energy. Not sure if this is a repeat visit type of place.
