"Easy and fast "

"This is a great location, situated near the River Walk between State street and Michigan avenue. The rooms are huge and very clean. You will be billed additional costs when you check in and can get $10 back in restaurant credit but you have to start using them the day you check in or you'll miss out on the last day. The restaurant does not pick up the phone or deliver to the room as advertised. Small inconvenience, but important to know if you are in a hurry in the morning. I've stayed at this location 4 times now, and will stay again. I love this part of the city. "

"The hotel was beautiful and clean and in a very nice part of the city! The staff was excellent and it was a wonderful touch that Courtney from the front desk sent up champagne for my husband and I's anniversary! Highly recommend!"
