"Very nice staff and very welcoming. The bathrobes could be whiter or cleaner and the bath water has a ton of chlorine in it. Other than that it is very nice."

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the professional and friendly staff, who made me feel welcomed and well cared for throughout my stay. "I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Japanese minimalism shown in their rooms and lobby was absolutely stunning. The rooms were so clean and it was in a safe area. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again. The only down side was the sauna was out of order but other than that it was beautiful. Highly recommend! "

"It was a vacation for my husband and I. Loved the stay, people, room, no complaints. Had a great time. Our waitor Jorge in the restaurant where we had our daily breakfast was awesome, very personable, couldn't ask for a better man. Everyone in the restaurant was great and friendly, including the bar area where we had nighly drinks. We will stay there again. Bellmen were great and helpful. "
