"If you're going to visit Hanoi, you should be in the Old quarter.. this hotel is a cheaper option but an hour away from everything. A Grab taxi is around 100K Dong (200K Dong in peak traffic) to get to the city where all the action is.. We used to take a taxi to wherever we wanted to go in the morning and then only come back at night Good hotel but the traveling can be inconvenient"

"When we arrived to check into our prepaid studio apartment, they had no available room for us. They instead sent us to another hotel that was terrible and told us they'd be back to pick us up at 7am. We were in the lobby waiting until 7:30 when I asked if they were coming. "A serious problem was when we arrived at the reception, there was no one there and it was the night guard and a resident who helped us, but we lost 3 hours until they located my reservation. I arrived at 11:30 pm and only managed to get in at 3:30 am."

"stay on the 7th floor which have no lift, got to climb stairs as lift only up to 6th floor. Night time can hear the machinery sound of the lift plus the sound from the night bar just right beside the hotel. Have rat eat the snacks in the room,already told the staff about it but they seems like do not understand or just ignore it and charge me for the snacks when we check out. Overall experience is not good. Not recommended."

"Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills."
