"The hotel was right across from the airport so we could walk over. It had electrical outlets in the bar where we could charge our devices while we had meals and drinks. It offered room service after the bar closed so when our flight did not get in until midnight we could still order room was clean and the staff was efficient and helpful."

"This hotel must receive most of its trade from travellers between flights - it certainly is not in an attractive tourist area - the area being dominated by businesses and heavy traffic. "I has a lovely stay at Concha y Toro 33. The stay, for me, was only a one night/one day quick stop over in Santiago so I had limited time. The staff was wonderful and very helpful - they provided great recommendations for activities and sightseeing. When the lock on my door malfunctioned and I got locked out of my room they immediately rectified the problem! Would definitely stay again!"
