A clean gem close to Taipei101
We wanted to find a more spacious place for our multi-week stay in Taipei. Mobi kept this place very clean. As other customers may have pointed out, the apartment gets an unblocked view of the Taipei101 building. This apartment sits close to an interaction area between an older section and an extremely modern section of the Taipei city. Mobi is very easy to communicate with and very responsive if you need extra info or help from him. We were able to sleep well at night but if you are a light sleeper, it's possible you will hear some music from the park at the back and some traffic noise from the front street in the early morning. We cooked some simple meals but we ended up eating out most of the time. It's a great experience to walk around the Taipei 101 area and nearby department stores on the evening. If you like to hike a bit, Shang Shan (The Elephant Mountain) is within walking distance. This place is a great option for a longer-term stay compared to staying in a hotel. We had no problem handling the stairs (no elevator, but it's only 2nd floor). Subway station and bus stops are all within minutes of walking distance. I recommend you Mobi's apartment if you are looking for a private space in the 101 area.

Excellent place!
This was a wonderful VRBO! Very convenient to Taipei 101 and the MRT station. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. But truly the best part of the experience was the helpfulness and kindness of the property manager, Mobi. He offered help with taxis, directions, places to eat and visit, and all logistics. We've stayed in many VRBOs and never had anyone so helpful. We will definitely stay again if in the area and recommend it to all our friends and family.

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The place is clean and the owner is very attentive to our needs. The location is a big draw for us. It is 4-5 min walking distance to Taipei 101 MRT and about 7-8 min walk to XinYi morning market. It has many wonderful places to eat and since Taipei 101 MRT is on the redline, you can get to DaAn, Dongmen and Taipei Train Station very easily! Also a hidden gem is the XinYi parent child center. If you have little kids under the age of 6, you can take them to this free indoor play center. It’s literary 3 min walk behind the apartment.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. The apartment was everything we expected and more. The location was fantastic, close to everything. You can see Taipei 101 from the back porch and kitchen window. Mobi was a wonderful host. He was very helpful with getting acclimated. His english was good which helped with communications. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I would go back there anytime given the opportunity!

まずは、素敵な旅のサポートをしてくれたオーナーのMobiへ最大の感謝を！ありがとう、最高の旅でした。 ベストなロケーションと、フレンドリーでコミュニケーション豊富なオーナーのお陰で全てにおいて最高の旅になりました。連絡は「LINE」で簡単便利！ まずは、空港からの移動とチェックインについて。オーナーに依頼すればタクシーの手配をしてくれます。桃園から1500台湾ドルでした。運転手とオーナーもこまめに連絡を取ってくれるので、全てにおいて心配ご無用。ピーチの深夜便でしたが日本出発のタイミングからドライバーさんがLINEで連絡を取ってくれたので安心感UP！車の写真も送ってくれるので見つけるのも簡単でした。 宿へのチェックインは、ドライバーが空港を出るとき近くまで来たときっでこまめに連絡してくれていて、着いたらすぐにオーナーに会えました。 深夜2時なのにとっても明るくて素敵なオーナーの笑顔に癒されました。まるで旧友に会えたかのような嬉しさと安心感♪ 不安だった移動と深夜チェックインは拍子抜けなほど楽々クリア！ お部屋の使い方、アメニティーの場所など色々教えてくれて（簡単な英語なのでご心配なく）、ホテルに泊まるよりも細やかなアメニティーに感動！ お部屋の鍵はシリンダー式で２本もらえます。個室は３室のうち２部屋は鍵をかけること可能。ベッドは２台・布団が和室で３組です。 記載されているアメニティーは、すべて潤沢に用意されています。タオルも歯ブラシもボディーソープにリンスインシャンプー、洗顔石鹸まで！ハンドソープの香りも気に入りました♪ アメニティーに家電など日本製品もいっぱいで、オーナーさんのご家族含め日本大好きだそうです。 民泊で気になる水回りも掃除が行き届いていて、温水もみんながシャワーを浴びてもぬるくなることなく完璧。 アジア圏で時々心配なトイレも、ちゃんとトイレットペーパー流れます。日本と全く変わらない環境で広めのアパートです。 オーナーやドライバーとの連絡は原則英語ですが、翻訳ソフトなどでなんとでもなる範囲です。お互いに翻訳アプリを通せば自国語どうしでも大丈夫！ 周りの環境について、101まで徒歩10分ほどのちょっと下町感もあるローカルと観光地と両方楽しめる場所です。 近くにはヒストリカルでフォトジェニックなスポットもあって、宿の周りを歩くだけでもローカルから最新までコンプリート出来てしまうくらいに最高の場所です。 宿の周りのお店について、台湾といえば豆乳と揚げパンの朝食というイメージ！ 徒歩１，２分の店を紹介してもらいました。オーナーがメニュー表を用意してくれていて、オーダーも不安なくペーパー見せながら指差しで完了♪ テイクアウトが多く地元の人たちが常に列を作っていて、民泊のだいご味 私たちもテイクアウトでお部屋で楽しみました。リビングで皆で食べる朝食は旅の良い思い出です。 ローカルな〇〇が食べたい、〇〇がしたいの問い合わせに、丁寧にかつ完璧なサポートしてくれるオーナーに感謝感激！高級ホテルでもここまで細やかなコンシェルジュサービスはないと思います。旅の間も、いろいろなお薦めを送ってくれて、細やかなサポートが旅の不安を吹き飛ばしてくれました。 今回は同僚との４人旅で、ホテルと迷いましたが、この宿とオーナーとの出会いが、旅をより豊かに楽しくしてくれました。 ４人でリビングで旅の計画や食事をした時間は何よりも充実した時間になりました。 宿の一本隣の通りが商店街になっていて、薬局には日本語堪能な店員さんも！台湾コスメのおすすめ情報なども聞くことができますよ。八百屋さんや飲食店もあってローカルな空間も堪能できます。 そんなローカルな空間から、わずか10分ほど歩けばスタイリッシュで、高級ショップも入った101に到着。電車も台湾旅行のメインエリアに一本でアクセスできるので交通の便も最高立地です。 台湾初心者から、ディープに楽しみたい方まで（実際私たちは初心者・ディープ組混在でした）大満足の立地でした。 宿があるエリアは下町風な雰囲気漂う場所ですが、深夜でも安全で安心な雰囲気で、徒歩圏内に２４時間営業のコンビニもいっぱいあります。セブンイレブンもあるので化粧水と忘れても、ふらっと買いに行けます（雪肌精シリーズがありました） ３人以上の旅でホテルと民泊悩んでいらっしゃる方がいましたら、こちらのお宿を強く推奨します。本当に最高の思い出になりました。ありがとう。
