It was okay to stay for two days, but when I changed rooms on the third day, I got a room with a strong smell of smoke and mold at a more expensive price! The service staff informed that they can change to a lower-level room, but the price difference will not be refunded.
If the price difference is not refunded, why should I change to a room of the lowest level? Am I being forced to spend my money?
This is my worst experience, there will be no next time... Also, let subsequent guests be careful with your money.
