Great spot for a girls weekend!
The house was beautiful, clean, a great size, and in a good location. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook meals in and the hot tub was a great addition! Only things to note - we ran out of all paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) during our stay and had to buy our own, and make sure you pack all bathroom necessities as they were not provided for both bathrooms.

Perfect place for a quick summer getaway
I couldn't believe our luck that we were able to find this gem on such short notice. We took our 3 boys plus they each brought a friend and we all fit perfectly. It's very conveniently located to Tahoe city and we scouted over to Incline as well. Would happily return!

Great family home in Tahoe City!
We stayed here for 4 nights with 2 families of 4 people - 4 adults and 4 kids and it worked out great! The house was updated and lovely! Only qualm was no A/C and it was HOT when we stayed but we know it’s hard to find that in mountain towns. Would definitely recommend!

Issue which can be easily corrected
The lay out of the house was nice and the location was great. Kitchen was fine too with most everything we needed to cook meals. My friend stayed in the master bedroom and I stayed in the spare with the double bed. the blanket on the bed was not washed because there were a few strands of hair that were not mine and a rough stain on the blanket. My friend did not have the same experience in the master bedroom and the rest of the house seemed clean.

We enjoyed this rental. Nice location close to Tahoe City. Good neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Liked the kitchen. Could use more and larger coffee cups and was expecting shampoo. Would definitely rent this home again.

Great place & location!
The place we stayed was beautiful. Updated appliances, comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms. Great location, great neighborhood. Really close to the tennis club & pool (even though the pool was only open for lap swimming during COVID.) We had a great time at the private beach and Tahoe City. If anything, I wish they had more supplies on hand (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning wipes, etc.) But overall, we were very satisfied & would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home, hot tub didn’t work
We had a nice stay at this beautiful home. Loved the neighborhood and the amenities of the house. However, the hot tub did not work during our entire stay. We had pretty quick and clear communication with the property managers, but there was some miscommunication about if the hot tub had been fixed and if another maintenance person was coming out. They let our group check our a few hours late to make up for the hot tub which was appreciated. Overall nice spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Visited in the winter on a ski trip to Palisades. The house is in a great location to get to both Tahoe City and the mountain. We were there during a storm and the double garage along with frequent plows clearing both the driveway and the streets made our trip very smooth. Hot tub is also a wonderful addition. Kitchen is very large and easily fit our party of 8. Management was very nice and helpful throughout the trip. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Vacation Home!
The property exceeded every expectation that we had. Very comfortable, roomy but cozy living area. Kitchen was amazing with quality appliances and extremely well equipped with everything you could think of. One of the best equipped kitchens of the many VRBO rentals we have stayed. Even had a small view of the lake from the kitchen, what a surprise! Bathrooms were fabulous just like the pictures show! The luxury of all the upgrades throughout truly shows. The hot tub was a perfect 104 degrees all the time and had really powerful jets to relax our bodies after skiing. The location just a couple miles north of Tahoe city was fantastic. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever experienced out of the many! This was perfect for two of us but would accommodate more very comfortably.

Our family of 8 fit perfectly and let us enjoyed our 4 night stay. The cabin was very clean and fresh. The lake view out the kitchen window was so wonderful to look at as we cooked and worked in the kitchen. The Rental service has made everything so easy and smooth from check in to check out. Beautiful home
We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to make meals. The master bath was large and had a really nice shower and tub. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. We also really appreciated the washer/dryer. The property manager was very responsive when we needed some help with the tv. The only slight negatives were the highway noise due to the proximity and no A/C. We left the windows open at night for cool air which helped a lot, so that became a non-issue. The home was in a nice neighborhood, a short distance from Tahoe City and 13 minutes to King’s Beach. It was a beautiful home and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed here for a weekend snow and ski trip. 2 adults, 5 and 2 year old. We really enjoyed many things about this house. First of all, it has been recently renovated and everything seemed new. It has a great cabin feel, nice wood floors but even nicer soft comfortable carpets in the bedrooms. The master king bed was so comfortable and the room was very large. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, and one has 2 bunk beds, perfect for kids. The bathrooms, both renovated, had heated floors, automatic moisture sensors for the fans, and best of all, handles to turn on the showers right when you open the door so you don’t get wet when you turn on the shower. There is a hot tub just off the side deck down by the 2nd bathroom. Upstairs there is a nice gas fireplace and a super comfy big couch that can fit many. The kitchen was stocked with everything ( no extra spices or anything food related), and was large and had a nice view of the lake. There’s a good open feel to the great room with a nice dining area and even a wine fridge! The location for us was great. Its a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s 2 min from downtown Tahoe City where there are a ton of restaurants and shops. And it’s close to Northstar, Sqaw, Alpine Meadows, and Homewood. We would definitely stay here again. Great place.

Great House
This house was beautiful inside. Completely updated and great finishes! A few things that may or may not affect someone’s stay: If you have young ones this might not be the spot for you. The stairs weren’t the issue-the fireplace was. It has a metal curtain and all our little guy wanted to do is try and dig in it. We moved chairs in front and that helped somewhat but it was a constant battle. The house backs up to the highway. The noise was great for us bc our kids use a sleep machine so we didn’t actually need the machine. If your staying in the summer-it’s HOT! The main area of the house and Master is upstairs and there’s no AC or ceiling fans. We found 3 small fans in the house and had those on constantly as well as went out and bought a box fan to keep in the window of the master. Without that fan-we wouldn’t have been able to sleep on the really hot days. We booked this house with the ability to use to HOA pool and beach but when we went to use it we were told we couldn’t come in bc the rental company didn’t send over our rental agreement. I reached out to the company and they got back to me the next day saying we just had to show the HOA proof of our rental but the HOA wouldn’t except that. So sort that out prior to gathering everything up and heading to the pool. Overall a great stay.

Maybe it was the timing but it was comfortable, fully stocked and conveniently located. It had a wine bar, tid bits like flower, rice, condiments, seasonings (not just salt and pepper) and all the tid bits one would need or forgets to bring. If I had to critique...this is definitely neighborhood location but with some road noise but a great experience and none of that interrupted our stay.
