Surprise Pet-friendly Hotel

"It was a really cool place and would stay there again . We had the ambassador suite and it did not disapoint . Water park was on point lazy river was amazing and warm . Property was slightly dated . Pool area had a swim up bar that hasent been open for some time . "

"I did book here because it had a pool and a hot tub. I was very disappointed when we got here and the hot tub is not working. I had knee surgery awhile ago and the hot tub is excellent therapy. Should not have it listed on your sites!"

"The first day I arrived it was hard to get someone to help me but the second day that I stayed everyone was attentive from morning till night whenever I went to front desk. I guess the first night I was here was must have been an off day for them but overall I had an amazing experience and they accommodated everything that I requested. I give them a 9 out of 10"

"I checked in with a gal named Kim, she was oh so very helpful . Later that night I needed dishes and the man working got those for me. Some people staying there were BBQ some food and eating at the picnic tables,this gave it a at home feel. It was very quiet in my room heard a dog bark once, no other noise issues. I didn't see any sketch folk like someone else said in their review. But I'm down earth and realize hotel isn't responsible if a sketch person walks through, that's probably why they have a great security team. So after a good night's sleep I went to waffle House on deervalley then returned to get my $100 deposit back, met the manager adason who was very kind. I will for sure stay here again if I need a room. "
