"Overall, the Marina Beach Motel is a very nice facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a short quarter block walk to the beach, from there you can be at the marina or pier in just a hand full of blocks (either right or left respectively). Our only complaint is that the sound isolation between the motel room is poor. If you have a noisy child in the next door room, or is the guest plays the TV at listening levels; you will hear it (we had both next to us)."

"The view was great. The kitchen was fine but there could have been basic seasonings provided. There was salt but no pepper. The property manager never responded to my question about EV charging. Overall it was a decent place to stay for a weekend. Summerland is a nice quiet community close to Santa Barbara and Carpinteria."
